The Patient Support Specialist helps ensure patients receiving specialty or infusion therapies experience smooth, uninterrupted care. By coordinating refills, documentation, and authorizations, this role supports patients while enabling pharmacists and clinicians to focus on safe, effective treatment delivery. In this role, you’ll contribute to work that: Helps patients feel supported and prepared throughout ongoing therapy Strengthens communication between patients, providers, and pharmacy teams Supports compliance with pharmacy, payer, and regulatory requirements Advances a patient‑first, clinician‑led care model focused on outcomes Every refill coordinated and every question answered helps maintain trust and continuity.
