About The Position

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is open to current Limestone Coast Local Health Network employees for a temporary full-time Patient Services Team Leader opportunity (up to 6 months). In this role, you will lead the coordination of food services, cleaning, linen, and laundry operations to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in supporting staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining quality outcomes across catering and support services. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role, further develop your skills, and contribute to service excellence within your local health network.

Requirements

  • Current Limestone Coast Local Health Network employee
  • Ability to lead and coordinate staff
  • Experience overseeing catering services
  • Experience managing resources such as stock, equipment, and rosters
  • Ability to maintain records and support on-the-job training
  • Knowledge of organisational standards and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate staff by allocating work, monitoring performance, and supporting safe work practices
  • Oversee catering services, including meal distribution, special dietary requirements, and function support
  • Manage resources such as stock, equipment, and rosters to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain records, support on-the-job training, and ensure compliance with organisational standards
