About The Position

Come join our Roaring Fork Family Practice as a Patient Service Specialist Full-time! This is a full-time, day shift position with rotating weekends! We're looking for a Patient Service Specialist to work full time in our Family Practice Clinic located in Carbondale! As the Patient Service Specialist, you will provide friendly reception duties, organize patient flow, maintain patient files and accounts, answer and handle phone calls appropriately, as well as additional tasks.

Requirements

Clerical skills: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone and people skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

Provide friendly reception duties

Maintain patient files and accounts
Answer and handle phone calls appropriately
