About The Position

Join The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Patient Services Specialist in our thriving Urology Clinic located in Northeast Portland. Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year work experience, preferably in a medical office and or customer service, is strongly preferred.
• Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members.
• A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Specialty care Urology experience is a plus!
• Epic experience is a super plus!

Responsibilities

• Answering phones on a multi-line system and scheduling appointments in an efficient and timely manner.
• Managing inbound referrals and In Basket.
• Obtaining and completing insurance information.
• Updating records as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
