Patient Service Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Requirements
- 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics.
- Provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance.
- Assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more in conjunction with clinical teams.
