About The Position

At Providence Medical Group SW, our Patient Service Representatives are valuable members of the patient care team in our clinics. We currently have full-time roles available. Here are a list of departments we support in the following locations: Call Center: Olympia Internal Medicine: Centralia Endocrinology: Lacey Family Medicine: Lacey, Olympia Occupational Medicine: Lacey Physiatry: Lacey: Obstetrics & Gynecology: Olympia Providence Medical Group (PMG) SW is part of Providence Clinical Network which provides an extensive range of ambulatory services to patients throughout Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington. Requirements

• 1 year customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training.
• Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects.
• 1 year experience working in a medical setting.
• Physician group practice.
• Experience with electronic medical record.
