About The Position

e7 Health is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Phone Champion to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping them schedule appointments for vaccinations, physical exams, occupational health services, travel medicine consultations, and more.

Nice To Haves

Previous call center experience
Medical office, healthcare, or scheduling experience
Sales, appointment setting, or customer service background
Experience using scheduling software

Responsibilities

Answer inbound patient calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Follow and master company scripts, procedures, and service offerings
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Educate patients on available services and answer common questions
Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
Document patient information accurately within the company systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, coworkers, and healthcare staff
Learn new services, policies, and procedures quickly
Help maximize appointment bookings while ensuring patient satisfaction
