About The Position

BayCare Clinic General and Vascular Surgery is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join their team in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for providing a positive experience for all patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. The Clinic is a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center. BayCare Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package. The General & Vascular Surgery department is a rapidly growing practice including Bariatric, Medical Weight Loss and Breast Health specialty services. The practice site is conveniently located within Aurora BayCare Medical Center. Requirements

• A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or HealthCare Business Services is appropriate.
• Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
• Must possess strong desktop computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
• Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients.
• Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
• Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
• Develops patient charts.
• Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
• Schedules patient appointments.
• Collects co-payments from patients.
• Performs general office duties.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
• Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
