As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first impression our patients have of the Practice. Duties will include but not be limited to: Scheduling patient appointments and procedures, greeting patients, verifying and entering insurance and ID cards, scanning daily patient information, collecting payments, managing the cash drawer and balancing batches at the end of each day.
