About The Position

Radiology Ltd. is a 500-employee medical imaging organization dedicated to providing World-Class Imaging to improve the health of all Southern Arizona. They are seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to join their dynamic team at the Casa Verde site in Green Valley, Arizona. This role is an integral part of the patient experience, requiring a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills, empathy, and compassion for patients, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The company will provide training for specific tasks. Radiology Ltd., a partner company of Lumexa Imaging, has been the premier provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology services in Southern Arizona since 1933. Their subspecialized, fellowship-trained experts in various imaging fields utilize advanced technology to deliver high-quality, expedient interpretations. The radiologists are recognized leaders in the medical community, participating and serving in leadership roles in local hospitals and regional medical societies.

Requirements

• High School or GED required at time of hiring.
• Must be able to pass General Skills Assessment test.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years medical office experience or related education helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients through the registration process.
• Building accounts and creating necessary forms.
• Processing paperwork and entering patient data.
• Collecting co-pays and payments on self-pay accounts.
