BayCare Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday between 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends! The Clinic: BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound. Requirements

A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
Must possess strong desktop computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or Office Assistant is appropriate.
Experience with EPIC is preferred.
Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform receptionist and general office duties and acts as initial contact person for patients.
Greets and checks in patients.
Assists patients in filling out patient forms.
Answers phones, takes messages, routes calls when necessary.
Develops patient charts.
Enters pertinent information into patient charts.
Schedules patient appointments.
Collects co-payments from patients.
Performs general office duties.
Respects and maintains confidentiality.
Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
