About The Position
Join the team as a day-shift, full-time Patient Services Rep in Carthage, Texas, supporting family practice services. The role includes front-desk patient services and administrative tasks such as check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and processing records. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Check patients in and out.
- Schedule appointments.
- Scan and file documents.
- Verify insurance.
- Obtain authorizations.
- Collect payments and post charges.
- Fax medical-record requests.
- Schedule patients for injections at the hospital.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
