The Patient Services Concierge performs administrative and customer service responsibilities that support efficient unit operations and promote a welcoming, professional experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Duties include tasks such as answering phones, answering patient call lights, assisting with admissions and discharge, providing customer service to family members of patients, supporting nurses and patient care techs, scheduling labs and/or testing, ordering supplies on the unit.
