The position requires excellent interpersonal skills for direct patient contact, maintaining appointment schedules, providing phone support, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records and billing information. The representative will also handle cashiering functions, prepare deposits, and manage patient accounts, including collections and payment plans. Confidentiality and a professional appearance are essential.
