About The Position

The Patient Services Concierge performs administrative and customer service responsibilities that support efficient unit operations and promote a welcoming, professional experience for patients, families, visitors, and staff. This role is under the direction of the RN, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Manager. Duties include tasks such as answering phones, answering patient call lights, assisting with admissions and discharge, providing customer service to family members of patients, supporting nurses and patient care techs, scheduling labs and/or testing, and ordering supplies on the unit.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Previous customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Previous hospital experience
