About The Position

This role is a vital support position responsible for delivering high-quality, confidential administrative, customer service, and data entry support to clients, staff, and visitors. The Patient Services Officer will play a key role in maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the service. Key responsibilities include ensuring records and data are maintained in line with required standards, contributing to admissions and discharge processes, and providing professional frontline service by responding to inquiries and liaising with staff and external providers. The role also involves supporting administrative functions such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining systems and supplies, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • High level of competency in the use of computers, word processing and office administration processes and procedures.
  • Sound work processing and data entry skills.
  • Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
  • Ability to develop spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
