We are seeking a Patient Services Representative who shares this motivation and will help create an exceptional patient experience. Requirements

Minimum typing speed 50 wpm
Attention to extreme detail and accuracy
Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence
Excellent verbal and written skills required
Alignment with the values and mission of Vanguard Skin Specialists

Responsibilities

High-volume scheduling over the phone
Assisting with patient and doctor requests over the phone
Preparing patient files
Other phone-related administrative tasks
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Schedule patients utilizing electronic scheduling for a multi-provider, multi-specialty medical practice
Manage patient communication with compassion and integrity
