About The Position

This is a structured, appointment-based treatment program role using advanced technology. We are not looking for a clinical background, but rather professionals who understand exceptional client service and can execute it consistently. Training is 100% provided, and your service background is the primary qualification. You will manage a predictable daily caseload of recurring clients, using specialized equipment, and own the client experience from check-in to session close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a premium client-facing or customer service role such as luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, spa, country clubs & memberships, etc.
  • A service standard that holds regardless of how your day is going
  • Professional composure to redirect client energy in a productive direction
  • Strong attention to detail; following a process and documenting it accurately
  • Reliable attendance; your clients schedule their day around you showing up

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients to maximize achieved outcomes
  • Welcome clients, orient them to their session, and maintain a calm, professional presence throughout
  • Operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols (full paid training)
  • Document session notes and update client records accurately after each appointment
  • Maximize client retention rates so they complete the full course of treatment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, consistent environment that clients depend on
