We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our therapist-owned physical therapy practice in Exton, PA. This part-time evening position is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door. At Integrated Physical Therapy, we’re a therapist-owned, outpatient physical therapy practice that believes the patient experience starts well before treatment begins. Our Patient Service Representatives are an important part of our team and play a key role in making patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable and welcome
• Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed
• Support our physical therapists with day-to-day administrative needs
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team members
