About The Position
As a Patient Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted guide for our members, helping them navigate the healthcare system with confidence. This role involves assisting members with questions about benefits, claims, providers, medical bills, pharmacy needs, and access to care. Through empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication, you'll help ensure members receive the right care at the right time while making healthcare simpler and more effective.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and other technology tools
- Dependable, accountable, and eager to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions about benefits, claims, providers, medical bills, pharmacy needs, and access to care.
- Help ensure members receive the right care at the right time.
