Additional duties may include scheduling appointments, coordinating cancellations/reschedules, and providing detailed patient information. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming environment through extraordinary customer service, responding to requests, answering telephones, and offering assistance to patients. Monitoring and working electronic health record work queues is also a key responsibility.
