The Patient Services Representative is the primary point of contact for patients and the community at Harrison Internal Medicine. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and patient-facing tasks, including processing patient registration, verifying demographics and insurance information, and obtaining patient identification. Key duties also involve scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, explaining financial options to patients, and accurately updating medical records. The position requires excellent customer service skills and may involve occasionally covering other physician practice locations as needed.
