About The Position

ZOLL Medical Corporation’s Cardiac Management Solutions division is seeking Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) as independent contractors to train patients on the use and care of the LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator. The LifeVest is prescribed for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest and provides protection while their condition changes. A typical patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge. The PSR sets up the equipment and trains the patient and, when applicable, caregivers on its use and care. PSRs follow up as needed to support patient understanding and satisfaction. They may accept or decline assignments according to their schedules, and many assignments can be arranged during free time, before or after other work, or on days off. The role offers a competitive fee-for-service arrangement and schedule flexibility.
