About The Position

This position is for a Patient Service Representative working day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 5x8 schedule. The role serves as the primary point of contact for patients in an outpatient clinic setting, handling front-desk operations, patient interactions, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
  • Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epic/CS-Link
  • Experience with medical terminology
