About The Position

Join a busy outpatient healthcare team as an Administrative Representative / Patient Service Representative for a 13-week assignment working 8-hour day shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This role serves as the front-line representative for patient interactions, ensuring efficient clinic operations while delivering outstanding customer service. The Administrative Representative will support patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, referral coordination, and administrative functions within a fast-paced medical office environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient clinic or medical office experience required
  • Experience with medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans required
  • Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions required
  • Experience with patient scheduling and registration required
  • BLS Certification required
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills required
  • Two supervisor references from within the last year required at submission

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of recent Patient Service Representative experience preferred
  • Experience with CS-Link/Epic preferred
  • Understanding of medical terminology preferred
