About The Position

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics has a per diem opportunity for a Patient Services Representative at Sammamish Primary Care in Sammamish, Washington. The role provides customer service and front office support to patients, coordinating communication among staff, patients, and providers during the patient check-in process. The representative collects records and distributes them to appropriate staff through the Epic electronic medical record system, and performs clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff. The position works 10-hour shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multitask and be organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient computer keyboard skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility.
• Previous physician office, hospital, or other frontline customer contact experience in a business setting.

Responsibilities
