Join Our Team: Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to manage medication Prior Authorizations for our South County Internal Medicine office located at 5034 Griffin Road!

Requirements

Knowledge of general diagnoses and medications.
Formal training which will probably be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent.
2 or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of medical terminology, EMR/EHR experience.
PC/Windows proficiency.
Ability to communicate effectively and to work compatibly with physicians, coworkers, and employees in other departments.

Responsibilities

Complete medication Prior Authorizations
Cover "My Meds" medication software
Review chart note and records/diagnosis and provide appropriate supporting documentation to insurance companies
Document in the EMR system (NextGen)
