Under the direction of the Practice Manager, this role supervises the effective delivery of front desk operations, registration, and revenue cycle activity within the EHS Practice, while working alongside Patient Service Representatives. The position also participates with management in the development of department-specific projects aimed at continual workflow improvements and managing department growth. The role supports the mission, vision, and values of Elliot Health System.
