About The Position

This role is for a Patient Service Representative at the Sleep Specialists Clinic Midtown within Saint Thomas Medical Partners in Nashville, TN. The position is full-time, working days. The representative will be responsible for championing the patient experience by providing a warm and professional welcome, guiding patients through check-in/out, and ensuring accurate records. They will also manage schedules, confirm appointments, handle medical record requests, assist with insurance authorizations and precertifications, and help patients with co-payments and billing questions. Additionally, the role involves submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing clerical support to maintain an organized office environment.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities
