This role involves ensuring adequate staffing, assisting staff with work-related concerns, monitoring performance, and conducting daily audits of charges, payments, and bank deposits. The PSR Lead will also handle patient interactions, including greeting, registering, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and processing payments, while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
