About The Position
This position oversees the scheduling of a complex and comprehensive healthcare system by directly assisting professionals in an ambulatory care setting. Direct services include scheduling patient/physician visits on-site, off-site and diagnostic testing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical clinic operations
- Skill in Microsoft Office or other databases
- Ability to be well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to provide strong communication skills with all levels of an organization
- Ability to analyze data
- Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
