About The Position
As ClaimAid’s Patient Resource Advocate in Missouri, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. At ClaimAid, our vision is to positively impact the lives we touch by consistently following our principles. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
- Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel intermittently, as needed
- High school diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Experience following HIPAA regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued
