About The Position
Clinical Research Patient Recruiter Looking to gain hands-on experience in clinical research, psychology, neuroscience, or the CNS space? IMA Clinical Research is hiring a Patient Recruiter to support enrollment for our active clinical studies. This is a fast-paced, phone-intensive role ideal for psychology graduates, pre-med/medical students, or candidates with relevant CNS, behavioral health, or healthcare experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Customer service, recruiting, healthcare, or administrative experience
- Must have relevant CNS/behavioral health exposure or education (psychology background, pre-med/medical student, neuroscience studies, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential study participants
- Pre-screen and schedule patients for study visits
- Coordinate with patients and research staff
- Maintain accurate recruitment records
