About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Chicago, IL. Ideally, we are seeking a Chiropractic Physician who is a movement specialist, enjoys working with patients and understands physiology of movement. General duties include overseeing rehabilitation of practice clients, performing CMTs, performing and executing E&Ms, and working hand in hand with a nurse practitioner, rehabilitation technician and nurses. Our dynamic team has been proudly serving Chicago for almost 10 years, for a wide variety of health conditions, concerns, and wellness visits, collaborating to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! Our team consists of loving and compassionate people devoted to providing a positive and warm environment for healing. We want our clients to feel at home when visiting our facility and when working with our team members. They feel the positive energy and encouragement and know that it is at the core of everything we do. Our compassionate team consists of Chiropractic Physicians, Nurses, yoga instructors, massage therapists, rehab technicians, and patient care coordinators.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Active Chiropractic license in IL

Nice To Haves

Well versed in physical rehabilitation

Responsibilities

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
Chiropractic Care- CMT’s, rehab and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
Work cooperatively with the team for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
