Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in business or a health-related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• 1 to 2 years of healthcare or hospital experience.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Certification of Patient Accounts.
