About The Position
The Patient Observer displays a respectful, empathetic, and caring attitude toward patients and families; maintains patient confidentiality; identifies signs, symptoms, or behavioral changes requiring immediate RN attention; and collaborates with the RN on pertinent aspects of the care the observer is expected to perform.
Requirements
- Maturity to maintain confidentiality and comport oneself professionally, with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent observation skills.
Responsibilities

- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Identify signs, symptoms, or changes in behavior that require the immediate attention of the RN.
