As a Patient Navigator at DMOS, you will work in office to guide patients through their orthopaedic journey with us by scheduling follow up appointments, assisting with surgery scheduling, and submitting prior authorizations for procedures. In this full-time, clinic hour position you will work alongside a team of patient care navigators and clinical staff members to create an outstanding patient experience. To thrive in this role, you are able to recall information quickly and prioritize tasks accordingly. Acting as the patient's guide and reliable helper for scheduling surgery and any necessary follow-up care. Utilizing Office 365 products to organize physician surgery schedule, insurance prior authorizations and communicating with hospital and ambulatory surgery center staff. This is a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey.
