About The Position
Join our dedicated team as a Patient Liaison, where your empathy and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day. This role is part of Gundersen Health System, where Love + Medicine Meet. The position is .4 FTE (32 hours bi-weekly) and involves weekend shifts only, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with 8 or 9-hour shifts between 5:30 AM and 11:00 PM. The location is Whitehall, WI.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
- Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
