Patient Liaison l Fennimore Clinic
About The Position
Emplify Health is hiring a Patient Liaison based at its Fennimore clinic, with occasional travel to Boscobel according to clinic needs. The role is scheduled for 36 hours per week (0.9 FTE, 72 hours biweekly), Monday through Friday on day shifts. The Patient Liaison welcomes and supports patients throughout their healthcare journey, creating positive first and last impressions and delivering customer service through phone, in-person, and digital interactions. The position collaborates with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic operations. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- One year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
