About The Position

Join Emplify by Gundersen as a Patient Liaison based at the Fennimore Clinic, with occasional travel to Boscobel based on clinic needs. The role provides welcoming, consistent support for patients throughout their healthcare journey and helps create exceptional first and last impressions. The Patient Liaison delivers customer service through phone, in-person, and digital interactions and collaborates with providers, medical staff, and leadership to support patient care and clinic flow.

The position is offered at .9 FTE, scheduled for 72 hours bi-weekly (36 hours weekly), Monday through Friday on day shifts. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• One year of experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.
• Computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
