As Patient Greeter, you will ensure patients are greeted with a warm welcome and provide exceptional patient experience. You will be responsible for working with patients to schedule future appointments, introduce membership plans, check-out patients, and support the Team Leader to be prepare for the next day. This role involves managing scheduling, organization, and patient experience, ensuring the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked in the front office. You will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will oversee financial transactions and process payments.
