Patient Food Services Lead, Baptist Downtown
About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Services Lead to our Dietary Department at Baptist Downtown located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity working 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. As the Patient Food Services Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the smooth flow of operations, assisting the Dietary Supervisor with the day-to-day activities of the team, working department positions as needed to accomplish goals, orienting and training team members to meet department standards, conducting patient visits as assigned within the timeframe established by leadership, providing recognition for team members, and resolving Food and Nutrition issues that do not meet standards and ensures Food and Nutrition tasks are followed up on and completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for supervising shifts as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Food Service Experience Required
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience Required
- High School Diploma/GED Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree Preferred
Responsibilities
