About The Position

Represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services as the main contact on the phones helping patients schedule appointments. Strives to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction. This is a full-time position with standard clinic hours, no night shifts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No medical office experience necessary, we will train you!
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.
