About The Position
Represents the clinic by providing advanced level patient services regarding registration as a direct contact and resource to patients. This role manages the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials, and communicates delays or changes. The position also serves as a resource to registration, scheduling, and clinical staff, striving to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction. This is a full-time position with standard clinic hours, no night shifts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced level patient services regarding registration.
