We are looking for a Patient Representative to join our collaborative team at Memorial Health! This role involves greeting patients and visitors, completing registrations, collecting demographic and financial information, validating insurance, requesting payments, and managing the cash drawer. The Patient Representative will also scan patient identification and insurance cards to the EMR, explain forms, encourage MyChart activation, initiate interpreter services, and assist with downtime procedures and recovery. Additionally, they will review work quality, perform self-audits, and manage EMR work queues to support the claims process. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
