POSITION SUMMARY The Patient Experience Manager (PEM) is responsible for guiding patients through their full care journey, ensuring a seamless, informed, and empowering experience from onboarding through ongoing treatment. This role plays a critical part in delivering a consistent, high-quality patient experience by combining patient education, program coordination, and relationship management to support long-term engagement and outcomes. The PEM ensures every patient feels confident, supported, and connected throughout their care journey.
