About The Position
To greet and provide assistance to patients and visitors at all times. Responsible for keeping fire zone clear. Responds appropriately to provide assistance in both not emergency and emergency situations.
Requirements
- Prior security or front desk experience.
- People oriented, hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of emergency protocols.
- General knowledge of health care operations and is able to make a decision in emergency situations.
- Highly professional individual with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Security experience a plus.

- Escort visitors/interviews to administrators floors.
- Responsible for keeping fire zone clear.
- Respond appropriately to provide assistance in both non-emergency and emergency situations.
