Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Nice To Haves

BS/BA is a plus.
Additional bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian).

Responsibilities

Talking to 30-40 patients per day from our partnered medical practices
Educating patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring
Facilitating a seamless transition for converted patients to our dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and meticulous documentation
