About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Hackensack Office. This role is crucial for executing front office duties and supporting patients, providers, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. Requirements

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
• Must be professional, reliable, and a dedicated employee.
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online leads efficiently and professionally.
• Create a positive phone call experience for every caller.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for patients and providers.
• Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate provider needs.
• Perform inventory and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
