About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Park Avenue Main Office. This role is crucial for executing front office duties and supporting patients, providers, and staff to ensure the 'Ultimate Patient Experience'. Requirements

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Dermatology experience is required.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
• Must be professional, reliable, and a dedicated employee.
• Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online leads efficiently and professionally.
• Create a positive phone call experience for every caller.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care.
• Understand provider-patient flow and anticipate provider needs.
• Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment.
• Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
